Workshop steps

  • Step 1 — Welcome & brief

    Presentation of the place and the bartender, quick intro to mixology and the process.

  • Step 2 — Bartender Demo (Shot Format)

    The bartender makes a mini-cocktail to demonstrate the gestures, dosages and techniques.

  • Step 3 — Choosing your 2 cocktails

    You select two recipes from the menu (classic or signature) with advice.

  • Step 4 — Passage behind the bar

    Preparation, ice, dosage, shaker/stir, presentation: you make your 2 guided cocktails.

  • Step 5 — Tasting & Adjustments

    You taste your creations, the bartender gives you tips to balance and improve.

  • Step 6 — Moments & Tips

    Photos if you want, and tips/fact sheets for making the recipes at home.
